The service we provide............
1. We will provide you with a report on your
current arrangement/s reviewing:
• the cost
• the investment performance
• the investment risk
• your options
You will then have three options;
• leave things as they are
• switch funds within your existing contract/schemes
• transfer to a new contract with much wider investment options
Leaving things as they are will be appropriate sometimes. Switching
funds is rarely realistic - few old schemes give access to a wide
range of funds from Investment Houses. We also find that clients
often have a number of contracts/schemes which makes any attempt at
management difficult, if not impossible. For these reasons it is
most likely to be in your interest to transfer and consolidate into
a new contract.
We will estimate the costs and benefits for you.

2. If you agree transferring is the best option we will:
- Confirm our advice in a full report
- Arrange the transfer
- Advise you on a portfolio reflecting your “attitude to investment
risk”

- Annually review your pension portfolio.
- Regularly rebalance your pension portfolio
- Advise you how to reduce the investment risk as you approach
retirement
What do we charge?
• For the initial report: £25 per contract*. This fee will be
refunded if you ask us to rearrange your pensions
• If we rearrange your pension we will agree a fee based on a % of
the fund value. This fee will be paid from the pension fund.
*(Retained benefits in ex-employer’s Final Salary/Defined benefit
schemes are excluded –a quotation to provide a report for these
contracts can be provided on request).
